Project: EMAAR Pakistan – Construction of Early Works of Panorama Tower Crescent Bay Development, Karachi.
The bidding was a challenge as we were up against giants of the industry who had established their names in this particular trait. It was our passion towards commitment and hard work, and our technical submission of the bid against their mammoth experience. We were rewarded for our reputation on previous project. When no one was willing to accept the project timeline of 120 days, we did and delivered. Six straight rotary Kelly drilling rigs and one straight rotary continuous flight auger drilling rig was deployed. Three of these rigs were imported specially for this project. 288,900 safe man hours were spent to design and execute 1,038 piles in time.
